Making a Difference in Society

Tackling Statutory Housing Needs

We believe that everyone deserves a stable, safe home. SocialRent exists to bridge the gap between available housing and the people who need it most.

The Challenge

A Growing Housing Crisis

Statistics show that waiting lists are very long for vulnerable tenants in different parts of the country — and demand heavily outweighs supply. Post-COVID economic disruption and global instability have worsened the situation, and many vulnerable people find themselves struggling and in urgent need of a roof over their heads.

The gap between what local authorities and housing associations can provide and the actual need on the ground is widening. SocialRent was built to help close that gap.
